Pick: Lotte Giants ML and Over 9.5
Hanwha enters at 54-76-4 after falling 3-2 to NC on Saturday. Lotte is 59-71-2 and returns from two days without a completed game. The Giants have the better pitching profile with a 4.79 team ERA compared with Hanwha’s 5.26, although both clubs are batting .273. Hanwha owns the clear power advantage with 166 home runs and leads the season series 10-5.
Na Gyun-an provides Lotte with the starting edge. He is 6-10 with a 4.24 ERA and owns a 2.12 ERA against Hanwha. Lee Sang-kyu enters at 3-3 with a 5.08 ERA, although his 3.18 ERA against Lotte indicates that the matchup has been more favorable than his full-season performance.

KT remains first at 80-49-4 despite Saturday’s shocking loss. The Wiz are batting .281 with a 4.28 team ERA, while Doosan is batting .265 and owns the league’s stronger run-prevention profile with a 3.77 ERA. KT has controlled the season series 10-4-1.
Bae Je-seong’s 3.11 ERA gives KT a substantial advantage over Choi Seung-yong’s 5.92 mark. The matchup history widens that gap because Choi carries a 7.45 ERA against the Wiz. KT should be capable of creating early traffic and forcing Doosan to begin using its bullpen before reaching its preferred late-inning relievers.

Pick: LG Twins ML and Under 10.0
This is the selection that changes following the confirmed pitching announcement. LG is 75-57-1 and leads the season series 7-5. KIA is 72-58-2 after defeating the Twins 5-1 on Saturday. The Tigers own the better team average, power total and ERA, but LG now has the stronger individual starting assignment.
Carlos Carrasco is 6-2 with a 3.55 ERA for LG. Keisho Shirakawa is 4-5 with a 4.50 ERA and has recorded a 7.50 ERA against the Twins. That creates a meaningful early-game advantage for LG, particularly after the Twins scored only once Saturday. Shirakawa’s opponent history makes an immediate offensive rebound plausible.
KIA remains dangerous at home and has hit 159 home runs, so LG should not be played at an aggressive favorite price.
