The Tigers are heading into this game after losing to SSG in their last game. The game, the opening of the series, ended up with a final score of 6-4. With the loss the top ranked Tigers dropped to a 14-5 record, but still are sitting in 1st place.

William Crowe has thrown 21 innings and allowed 12 runs while giving up 19 hits and 2 homers. Still, Crowe has struck out 21 batters and walked 8 on the year. The Tigers are coming into the game here with the best pitching staff in the KBO with a 3.04 ERA. The Tigers have allowed only 159 hits with 13 homers. The opponents are hitting at a clip of only .244 with a 1.39 WHIP on the year so far.

With the win SSG was able to move up to 4th place in the KBO standings. The Landers team is now sitting on an impressive 13-8 record on the year. However, the SSG team is still limited on how well they are playing based off of their horrible pitching so far.
Roenis Elias is the starter going for his 4th start on the year for Landers. This year he has posted a 1-1 record and a 3.44 ERA with a 1.31 WHIP. He has thrown only 18 1/3 innings and allowed 9 runs with 22 hits and 2 homers allowed. Roenis has struck out 19 batters and walked 2 batters on the year. SSG on the year has been off on the team pitching with a team ERA of 4.88 on the season. The Landers club has allowed 193 hits with 27 homers given up. The opponents are hitting at a clip of .264 on the season with a team WHIP of 1.49.

We are taking the Tigers in this game here. Kia is putting the better starting pitcher on the mound and has a better looking overall hitting team as well. Still, the power game for the Tigers is weaker than the Landers and if the pitchers do give up the long ball on a regular basis look for the Landers club to win, but with Crowe on the mound I do not think that will happen and the Tigers win.
