Brandon Waddell has struck out 17 batters and allowed only 2 walks on the season. Doosan has not been that great team pitching and is middle of the pack with a 4.85 ERA, but has a total of 151 hits and 13 homers. The opponents for the Bears are hitting at a clip of .265 with a 1.50 WHIP.
The Bears have improved on the hitting department in the series here with a move up to a .257 average with 82 runs scored. The Bears in this game are putting a lot better pitcher on the mound that has not really been scored on much this year or even hit hard. Look for that type of play to continue in the game here for Waddell who has looked very impressive on the mound and will stymie the hitting from Hanwha.
