The Suns are coming here after losing in their last game. The Suns looked very sloppy in the game and the defense, which had been playing amazing basketball slipped tremendously in the losing effort. The Suns defense allowed the Bucks to score a total of 120 points. The Suns offense for how highly vaunted and good it has been on the year only managed to get 100 points.

One aspect of the teams that is commonly overlooked since this is the NBA Finals is how the teams are on the road versus playing at home. The Suns on the road are 12 games over the five hundred mark at 24-12. The Bucks at home are sitting 16 games over the five hundred mark at 26-10. So the teams are fairly equal when it comes to the home court versus the away court on the year as a 4 game mark is not that significant of a difference, but also both teams are well over the five hundred mark.

In the game here the Suns ended up shooting 48.2% from the field. The Suns only landed 29% from behind the three point line. When it comes to the free throws Phoenix needs to improve shooting only at a clip of 68.8%. With Milwaukee the club ended up shooting 47.8% from the field. The Bucks landed 5 more three point shots and ended up converting at a clip of 38.9% in the game. When it came to the free throws the Bucks landed 76.9% of the free throw shots.

Even with some great scorers on the roster the Suns were led by Chris Paul with 19 points in the game. The second high scorers were actually Crowder and Ayton who landed 18 points a piece. The rebounding leader for the Suns, Ayton, was contained in the loss with only 9 boards in the game. Giannis Antetokounmpo managed to lead the Bucks in the scoring for their part with 41 points. The second high scorer ended up being Holiday who managed to get 21 points in the game. Now, the Bucks did see Antetokounmpo finish off with a double-double with 13 boards as well.

Phoenix Suns at Milwaukee Bucks Odds: Phoenix Suns +4.5 (-113), Milwaukee Bucks -4.5 (-107)

Over/Under: Over 220.5 -110 , Under 220.5 -110

Suns at Bucks Prediction: Phoenix Suns +4.5, Over 220.5

Odds From Betonline.ag

The Bucks were looking great in the last game, but relied rather heavily on Giannis Antetokounmpo to carry the team. Without Giannis the Bucks were pretty much missing in the offensive side of the ball as he put in a third of the Bucks points. Now, a problem that could arise is Giannis was listed as potentially injured in previous games and a little tweak could reinjure him and lead to the offensive downfall from the Bucks. The Suns, for their part looked somewhat impressive in the last game, but the lack of consistent scoring chances is what really cost Phoenix in the game, that and the fact the Suns could not slow down Giannis. Look in this game for the Suns to play better and slow down the game play from Giannis, but also to shoot better overall in the game and not turn the ball over as much which leads to the Suns bringing home a win, but also for the points total to hit the over as 220.5 does not seem like it’s s enough with the potent offenses heading to the court here.
