For the game here the Jaguars are the favorite team in the game, but it is definitely a mistake. Look for the Steelers to get the win in this game here and cover the underdog spread at the minimum. The offenses, though, for both of these teams is not going to play well enough to push the total onto the over and that is why I think the total goes on the under.
