The Twins are heading to this game here after getting an impressive 3-0 win over the Heroes in the opening game of the series. The Twins are hitting at a clip of .326 with a total of only 3 homers, but has posted a 2.21 ERA on the season so far.

Im Chan-kyu is coming into the game here to start for the Twins. Chan-kyu has already started on the year and picked up a loss, but also posted a 4.50 ERA and a 1.33 WHIP. He did end up throwing in 6 innings allowing 3 runs. When it came to the hits given up he gave up 7 hits, 2 homers, but allowed a walk as well. Im Chan-kyu ended up striking out a total of 5 batters.

Kiwoom Heroes Preview

Kwioom heads to this game here after losing in the opening game of the series. The loss dropped the Heroes to last place in the KBO sitting on an 0-4 record. The Heroes hitting has been horrible on the season with an average of .206 with only 3 homers. The passing for Kiwoom is struggling as well with a 6.82 ERA.

The Heroes are planning on putting Ha Yeong-min on the mound in this game. Last year Ha managed to throw in a total of 57 games, none of which was a start. In all those games Ha managed to post a 3-1 record, but also had a 4.64 ERA and a 1.76 WHIP. Yeong-min threw a total of 52 1/3 innings while striking out 51 batters. Yeong-min walked 25 batters and allowed 4 homers, but only allowed 67 hits total.

Twins vs Heroes Pick: Under 8.5

This game will be one that will rely on the pitchers. Now, the pitcher from the Heroes will not really be that reliable on the mound. However, the Twins are going to have a decent pitcher on the mound and if Chan-kyu starts to falter the bullpen is good for the Twins. Look for this game to be one that should hit under 8.5 runs which is our call.
