Kim Yun-sik is the starter going to the mound in this game for the first time this year. Last year Yun-sik started 16 games and threw in 17 and posted a 6-4 record. He finished the year with a 4.22 ERA and a 1.49 WHIP. He ended up throwing a total of 74 2/3 innings while allowing 35 runs, 86 hits, and 4 homers. He also managed to strike out 42 batters and walked only 25. The Twins are doing decent on the pitching side of the ball with a 4.52 ERA and only 271 hits and 25 homers given up. This is a game that will definitely be a back and forth battle. Both of these teams are doing great on the year so far and have shown a lot of great pitching. Look for the game here to be one that sees the under be a serious consideration as both of these starters, Naile this year and Yun-sik last year, do not give up a ton of runs. That will make for this game to be one that the fans are going to enjoy, but I think the Tigers are able to pull off the win.
