NFL action is set to take place on 8/18/22 and it will feature Chicago Bears at Seattle Seahawks. The game is set to take place at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington. The game starts at 8:00 PM EST and should be on ESPN.
Chicago was able to pick up a surprising win in their opening preseason game. Granted, it was mainly because the Chiefs were playing second and even third string players the bulk of the game, but still it was a win. The final score in the win for the Bears came by a score of 19-14.

Seattle did not start off on the right foot in their opening preseason game. The Seahawks allowed the Steelers to score 32 points and only managed to get 25 points. Still, the Seahawks did get some good views of what their offensive potential could be.

The Seattle Seahawks are coming in with 2 quarterbacks used in the game, both battling for the starting position. The Seahawks ended up seeing Drew Lock and Geno Smith go a combined 21/30 for 180 yards with 2 touchdowns, both those from Lock. Odds from Betonline.ag
Seattle is coming off of a loss to the Steelers, but a lot of that stems from the defensive shortcomings. I do not see the Bears having as good of an offensive showing as Pittsburgh and even with the threat of Fields running it will be very difficult for the Bears offense to get going. The Seattle Seahawks offense should not have much in the way of problems against the Bears defense and with that being the case I see the Seahawks winning the game and covering, but both defenses will have some issues as the total goes on the over.
