The Raptors were able to take a 2-1 lead over the Raptors and like we said if Thompson did not play the Warriors would probably lose the game. However, we were banking on Thompson to be back and that did not happen, which wrecked our last pick in the series. This game Thompson is projected to be back and there are rumors that the Warriors are pushing Durant to come back as well, but if he does that could be a hindrance for the Warriors and distraction as well as he seems to be more of a trade bait type of player and pushing him back too early could cost the Warriors their trade bait.

Toronto Raptors Preview

The dominating victory for the Raptors by a score of 123-109 is one that the Raptors would like to replicate here to take a commanding lead back home. However, the Raptors are definitely going to want to not have to rely on the 3 as much as they did in the last game.

Kawhi Leonard in the game was able to put in 30 points for the Raptors. He was backed up in the scoring with Kyle Lowry putting in a total of 23 points in the game. Cleaning up the glass was done by Pascal Siakim who pulled down 9 boards a game. Lowry was able to get a total of 9 assists in the game as well.

Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors team has to figure out how to keep the weak corner from getting the shots and to play the open man in the corner. The Warriors allowed way to many shots to come from the corner and that actually is what cost the Warriors in this game as the open shots kept falling no matter who was putting them up.

The Golden State Warriors have to find some support for Stephen Curry. Curry led the Warriors in the scoring department with 47 points. Draymond Green was the second leading scorer for the Warriors with a total of 17 points. Rebounding was fairly weak for the Warriors as Curry pulled down 8 rebounds in the game and he even managed to get a total of 7 assists in the game.

The Golden State Warriors have really not looked like the team they were to make it to the finals. The Warriors have actually looked lost on the court at times and in the last game the defensive collapses and mental downfalls allowed the Raptors to get the open shots. Look for that to continue in this game as the Warriors defense has not really been able to play great defensively in the finals and that continues here as the Raptors bring home another win.
